How many CALORIES NOW???
I log everything I eat on Fit Day to help me keep a balance and make sure I eat all my protein. Personally I had bad eating habits before surgery and I don't plan to let them creep back in one carb at a time.
Last month I averaged 611 calories, 53 gms of protein. My goal this month is to go over 60 grms of protein and drop the carbs from 30 grams to 20 grams a day. Something has to speed up the weight loss.
