know this sounds foolish but I wanted to get peoples take on this. I have been losing about 20 lbs a mnth and I have some weeks where I lose nothing or stay the same and I use to get worried but then I thought its silly, now I notice when I excersise everyday, walking, I am so hungry all day and I try to make the right choices but I see now I have once again stayed the same for 2 weeks, should I be nervous that I may be eating too much? I know that our appetites come back but how do we know when we should be worried, like something is wrong. I was having such a hard time with chicken etc going down and now its fine so I guess I get nervouse. Thanks

I would not worry.............. when you are not losing pounds you are losing inches ............. Things are easier to eat because we are healing more.......... Just have to keep eating good things for us!

Hi Kelli! You are doing great! Exercise serves your body more than just aiding in weight loss. It will help tone those muscles so you won't look so flabby. It helps relieve stress and gives your heart a good work out. It gets the blood pumping and flowing to all parts of your body. I really don't like exercise, but still try my best. I faked my body out tonight by playing tennis. I played 45 min hard core tennis and thought I would die! Even though I work out regularly at the gym - this was different - not to mention fun! As for eating, of course you are going to eat more. You tummy is healing/healed and food sits better. This is the part where you retrain yourself to pick the right type of foods. If you are hungry all day long - start out with protein in the morning. Nuts, eggs, peanut butter toast, meat, something to stick with you all day. Exercise then drink something like propel or a protein drink to fuel your body. Lastly - just enjoy the ride! Barbie 281/230/150ish
