What should one expect at their 3 month check-up? Thanks

I'm sure every office is a bit different. I just had my 3 month check up last Friday. I saw an exercise psychiologist, the dietician, and a PA- physician's assistant. Of course you will be weighed. I had my measurements taken again and they were compared to my original measurements. I also was weighed on a Body Fat Scale which calculated how much body fat I still have, what needs to be lost and what my final weight could be. You've probably already had labs drawn or they will be done soon so the doctor can check your all your blood levels. The dietician gave me new instructions for the next 3 months on eating. Basically you'll be checked out from head to toe.

Hey, fellow Hoosier!! I had blood work drawn and we went over my food chart, and checked my incision, etc. About a week later, I went through my blood work results...I was low on iron. Other than that, we just talked about the surgery, how was I fairing, etc. Good luck and congratulations on such an awesome weight loss.
