3 Month Check up Yesterday...

I am down 61 pounds. I think I am kind of in between on weight loss. I see others who have lost a lot more and some who have not been as lucky. I would like to lose another 100 pounds still, but I am happy with my progress. 311/250/150?

Congratulations,,that is great. I am almost 4 mnths post op and have lost 60lbs.. I noticed that last 10lbs have taken 3 wks but instead of pounds I have lost alot of inches,,I have a waist again,,so cool huh..so look at it this way..If its not pounds its inches..and muscle wieghs more the fat.. keep positive....good luck and blessed be

That's great I had surgery 1/20/04 and I am down 54lbs. I seem to be loosing slow but a loss is a loss. Keep up the great work! God Bless
