2-3 lbs per wk?? Is this too slow?

Hi Kim, I was thinking the same negative things this morning so I wrote down my weight that I keep track in a journal. In 105 days I've lost 64 lbs. I lost the most the first month, a little less the second. This month I lost 6 lbs in 9 days and then 5 lbs the last 9 days. It sure varies. I gained 2lbs one day as I had Lipton's soup the night before. I can go 7-10 days and not drop and then will drop 4-5 lbs overnight. It doesn't make sense to me. I wish I could just quit weighing and not worry about it but I keep getting drawn to the SCALEGOD! I'm down from size 24 Cherekee Jeans to size 18. I seem to be losing more on the bottom than top. But the great thing is I'm losing. I just started to go to water arobics and have not had the energy to excercise until now so I'm hoping this will help. Wishing you the best! T
