Do you count the weight you lost prior to surgery?

I had surgery on 1/12/04 and dont know if I am down 115 lbs or 85. I worked hard for those 30 lbs, now people are starting to ask and dont know what to say.

WOWOWOWOW!!! You are really doing great. I usually just say that I've lost X amount since surgery and X amount since the start of my journey. There is only a 9 pound difference in my two weights. If I were you I would definitely tell your loss......it is awesome. You worked hard and deserve the credit. Best wishes on your continued success!!

I'd count it! I unfortunately did not lose any before surgery!
