I feel like I am loosing weight so slowly. I lost 20 lbs the first week and since then I seem to be loosing very slowly. I know my clothes are looser and people are begining to notice but I feel the weight is creaping off. I know I didn't get like this in a day. I exercise 3-4 times per week, Motivation and suggestions needed help!

I know it is hard not to get discouraged, but everyone loses at a different rate. I had a 3 week plateau after only 3 weeks, but you get through it. 45 pounds in 2 1/2 months is great! I had surgery 1/5 and have lost 37 pounds, but I also lost 31 pounds before surgery too, so a total of 68 pounds since September. Just concentrate on getting in your water, protein, vitamins and exercise and the rest will fall into to place. Good luck. Tanya

I'm in that slow group too. Surgery on 1-13 and down 48 pounds. I just look at it this way.......when did I ever lose 48 pounds in 3 months doing it the old way??? Never. Then it doesn't seem so bad. Been on a plateau for about a week now. Waiting for the next melt. Keep the spirits up, it will come off!!

Im another slow loser! It came off quickly to begin with, but now sloooow. I am down 48 since surgery. But I have really noticed a huge change in the way my clothes fit. It seems like I lose weight for a week and then stall...but that must be when my body is losing inches cuz that seems to be when my clothes fit wierd. My hubby says look at it this way...losing slower is more likely better for your body. Gives itmore time to adjust, but I am impatient. Afterall we have been thru it would be nice for the weight to "melt" away fast!! Alas, thats not to be in my case. I think it may help if I can get more protein in daily. Im not too good at that part..protein seems to upset my pouch. At least we ARE losing!!! Its good to know we arent alone!!

That's true at least we are losing. I guess it just gets frustrating at times. Thanks God Bless
