Question for those that are a month ahead of me...

My surgeon told me to expect 1st month 20-30 Lbs After that 8-12 Lbs Sounds like you fit his predictions perfectly. I understand wanting to lose it faster because I do too. Guess we are going to get a lesson in patience but just think next year we will be in the group that has lost 100 lbs. Good luck!
