You know it's funny.. Thoughts from a dummy
Hello everyone!!
How is everyone doing??? I hope everyone is eating well and keeping it all down! I guess I just think to much, but had to share these thoughts with you all. My thoughts on food.......
You know when you have a problem with drugs or drinking, you have to stop to get better. Right? So I've always had a problem with food, it's was my EVIL friend. My best buddy! So if you have a problem with drugs, and they tell you oh just cut back, only shoot up once a day, not 10 times a day. Or if you have a problem with drinking just cut back to one beer a day, not drink the whole damn case. With food, we can't give it up. It's what keeps us going. So now I'm trying to turn that EVIL friend into my best friend... It's a hard thing to do! Anyone have any thought to share??? Best of luck to you all!!!

I tell people that this is the "anti-diet." Diet mentality says that you have to limit, control, starve (who are they kidding), refrain, from foods. This life is totally the opposite. You have to be sure that you eat enough, lots of water, lots of protein, etc. It's all food that is good for you, but if you don't eat as much as you can, then trouble is on the horizon. Hard to put into words, but very true.

Your no dummy, its absolutely true. Food actually has become very important in my life. However the difference is I am enjoying it for the right reasons. Not just scoffing it down.
My best friend now treats me to small however pleasing meals that I need to think about and prepare for my health. It is a total turn around and I am lovin it (for now). Thank you and good luck to you.
