kraft canned spreadable cheese on reduced fat crackers-ideas
I am almost 8 weeks out had open rny fobi pouch Jan 14,lost 50 pds went from 245-195 so far.I have discovered alot of things dont agree with me ,for a little meal,I have found Kraft easy cheese canned spread cheese is 7 grams fat,2 grams carbs,5 grams protein for 2 tablespoon,add ritz reduced fat crackers-5 of them and you have a crispy light meal.Goes down easy and gives me that little bit of carb I crave without potatoes!I thought that fat content was alot higher but its not.Also have found fatfree veggie dip which is,great with celery,baby tomatoes,bell pepper strips,cut up cheese,olives,its found in the salad aisle.My nutritionist told me to eat crackers with chicken salad on them but I dont like chicken or tuna.We get really creative after surgery.I eat lowfat cheeses and beef jerky alot and when I get craving for something to nibble on mostly at pms time,I get fatfree popcorn,le carb lowcarb lowcalorie lowfat frozen dessert-lemon tastes like sherbert!and veggies,protein bars,cottage cheese with baby tomatoes.
