Interested in an Excercise Partner?
I have been walking 2-3 miles a day. My Dr. says that is not enuff and he wants me to get my heart rate up now. My plan is step aerobics (always makes me sweat) at least 3 days a week, water aerobics 1 day a week, continue walking everyday and to start weight lifting. He has me limited to 25-40 pounds until I am 3 months out.
