Reheated microwaved food can make some people throw up because the water content has been changed, and it cannot be chewed into as small pieces. To reheat food use a pan or the oven.
All yogurt is not created equal. If you have problems with dumping, read the lable and look for sugar below 12 grams. Many smoothies and yogurts have 25 to 40 grams of sugar. Dannon makes one now with 3 grams of sugar.
