Hey WLS Buddies! I just wanted to let you know that I thought I would have a snack of peanut butter and mushed up triskets - BIG MISTAKE!!!! Within just a few minutes, I was EXTREMELY nauseous, clammy and wanted to throw up so bad - but couldn't!!!! I think I just had my first dumping experience. If that's so - I DON"T WANT ANY MORE!!!! I just thank God that I was here at home! It was awful! Thankfully though, it only lasted for about 45 minutes - then everything was back to normal - although I doubt I will try peanut butter again for awhile. I hope none of you have had to experience that yet! Take care Barbie

You may just not be able to handle Peanut butter at this time. I don't think you have had "dumping", I have heard dumping lasts hours and consists of barfing and diarea. I haven't experienced and I hope I don't it sounds scary. Good luck on your next try. Maybe it was actually the triskets, I am 5 weeks out and still can't handle anything crunchy. Dawn

Hi! I found some "simply Jiff" peanut butter. It only has like 2-3 sugars per serving, which I eat about half a serving, so hardly any sugar! Try to eat it alone and see how you do or try what I call a soft cracker. Ritz has been the easiest to chew and get real mushy before I swallow it. Hope this helps..Ilove peanut butter and it is a great source of protein and plus it is yummy! Good Luck. KRistal
