Two weeks out this past MOnday

I am 3 weeks out as of Tuesday and I too had a difficult time with the protein and water, what I did was switch from Isopure to the Carnation sugar free, I really enjoyed it hot like coco. As for water, it is still a challange for me water seems to hurt my stomach once it's down, so I drink crystal light, decafinated iced tea or snapple diet.

Jennifer, I found Unjury Protein Powder the best......no bad after tastes or smell. There is even an unflavored powder that you can mix with jello or soup....or pudding.....
