Will the Scale Ever Move Again???

I'm 4 weeks out like you, I had my surgery on January 14th and I know how you feel about the scale. I had my two week check up and and had lost 29lbs, so I thought I was doing okay and then this week I went and I had only lost 7 more pounds. I was distraught thinking I was doing something really wrong. I guess we have to be patient, even though it's annoying. Some days are good and I don't have any problems with food, and then others it's so hard to eat b/c I'll feel sick. I hadn't had any kind of potato except some mashed potato's, and today I got a baked potato and ate two bites of it and was so sick, and I could feel it in my throat. After I got home I thought I'd try eating some of it again and I was fine. It's really weird and I don't understand it, but who knows. I like you had tried some sugar since it was my mom's birthday and I took a few bites of her cake and it didn't bother me. I was like gosh let something like that bother me please!

Hi all, I'm starting to think that those 2 weeks of all of our surgery's mean that we all lost about the same all can eat to much and the scale isn't moving LMAO I to can eat 3-4 oz at a time. 6 weeks post up only 31 pds off and I feel crazy about it. I can eat fish, shrimp, 1/2 a burger, 1 lamb chop etc. Thought I was nuts. I can't figure out why some of us can & some can't. BUT I'M GLAD I AM NOT ALONE
