Mary Jo's Surgery date!

Mary Jo, I just wanted to tell you I will be thinking about you on Weds. I know you are prepared and ready. "Good things happen to people who are not afraid to take a chance. After all, taking a chance on life, on others and on yourself is what living is all about. I'm sure you have heard the old maxim that says there is nothing to fear but fear itself. That is so true. Once you finally realize that fear is nothing more than a feeling and that you can keep that feeling under control, your days of letting fear run you life are over. " I love this quote because of all the fear I felt before this surgery. Fear fat, Fear of dieing from Fat and the list goes on.
