I AM VERY NERVOUS AND I AM HAVING RNY OPEN BEING 624LBS THE RISKS ARE HIGHER HOW MUCH CAN I EXPECT TO LOSE HAS ANYONE HAD ANY COMPLICATIONS

Hi James I don't know the answer to your question but I'm posting a reply anyway because I want to wish GOOD LUCK I am very nervous too and think about it a lot but I know everything will be ok. James, My surgery is Jan 22 and I am very nervous and scared too. But I think as long as we do as the doctor says and continue to do deep breathing excercises, walk, and eat less now we will be okay. I am drinking a ton of water and trying to drink my protein drink every day. Its hard but only a week left and then we will have very strict diets.
