gas pain

Hello everyone! I am 8 days post op and had a question. I'm sure this is normal but I just have to ask. Those of you who have had the surgery know how scarey it can be. I still have a lot of bloating and gas pain. Has this been normal for anyone else? Also, when I take a drink of water sometimes it hurts going down. I think it's just part of the healing process but was wondering if anyone had any advice on how to make this a little easier. Thanks in advance, Ky

I've had a bit of bloating, too, Ky. I thought it was weird tha****er is the one thing that makes me feel crampy, rather than any foods. I'm guessing that it's pretty normal. I've found that I have an easier time drinking Propel than plain water, oddly enough.
