Jan 20th and counting/vitamins
I am scheduled and I feel ready. I don't feel nervous. People around me have commented I look calm. I think that since I made up my mind and booked everything I have my mind set. I am anxious about getting the protein in and
liking the nex eating habits. I have been trying to chew my food now and I forget and swallow big pieces! What vitamins have people tried and been happy with. I bought chewable centrum but the B's are big pills. Also what do you take for headaces?
I am having a difficult time with the chewing as well. That has always been an issue for me. Have you looked for liquid vitamin B? I've taken a B-complex that I put a dropper-full under my tongue for many years. It has much more B12 than I'm required to take, it's absorption is great, and the different B's all support each other in your body. Check on line at Vitamin world or places like that. You would look for a sublingual B-complex. If you have issues with niacin, try just a B12 liquid. Then you won't have to choke down those nasty horse pills.
