It's Finally Here

My surgery is schedule for Jan 13....and I have so many emotions right now...I'm happy, nervous, anxious, concerned, curious...all these things and more. Can anyone else relate?

WELL YOU AREN'T THE ONLY ONE FEELING THIS WAY!! I AM!! MY SURGERY IS 1/5/04.. AND I'M HAVING EVERY FEELING YOU COULD HAVE. SO DON'T WORRY YOU AREN'T THE ONLY ONE!!! GOOD LUCK!!!

Jaye, I'm feeling the same way as you. I find myself feeling happy, scared, nervous and anxious. It if also affecting my sleep right know. I'm not scheduled for surgery until January 26th, I just cant imagine how I'm going to feel the week of surgery. Good luck and my prayers are with you. What part of Maryland are you from? I'm from Baltimore, but stationed in Hawaii. My hubby is in the Army. Keep in touch. Linda

Hi Everyone, Good Luck Jaye Trust me I also know how you are feeling. My surgery is on Jan 22. I can't sleep some nights because I get so nervous. Keep us posted.

Feels good to have the same feelings, my date is jan 20th. It hit me today after 2 more tests, that oh my god, the new me is 2 weeks away!!!! although at dinner this evening I mourned the loss of the portions and sugar. So I raise my glass to the other side for all of us brave souls. I'm in NJ. Marcy

Jaye, I totally feel the same way! My date is the same as yours and my emotions are just out of control. My fiance doesn't know what to do with me anymore I wish you the best of luck, see you on the other side!

Jaye wish you the best as far as the surgery and recovery goes.........You will be just fine....I am nervous and everything all at once to, my surgery date is Jan 6th so I know what you are feeling.......The closer that I am getting It seems to be getting easier......I just have to remember that I have to focus on the new life that I am going to be living and that I know this is for me!
