Lap Band on 1/22/04

Well, have made it through my last holiday season and can not wait until the 22nd. How great it will be not to let FOOD control me. I will finally be in charge, both mentally and physically. My husband, family, and friends support my decision. I am already mentally ready and excited to get on with all of the rest of my life!

Anna, Congratulations. I too just made it through the Holidays. And I think I did pretty well. However I know this time next year will be oh so much better. My family also is supporting my decision and I'm so very glad for it. Good luck going over to the losing side. PS My surgery date is also 1/22/04! Brenda
