Jan 5 is sooooooooooooooooo close
O dear God the nerves..and excitement.....the surgery doesn't scare me, it's all the hard work afterwards that does. Saw the nutritionist yesterday and she had some really cool ideas.
One of the awesome things about her is she is a patient of my doctor. She had the surgery done 4 years ago so she understands everything that you can feel.
She suggested getting a can of soup and doing arm curls from day one to tone your upper arms cause plastic surgery there is not fun. She also got excess skin under her chin and went to a plastic surgeon about that. The surgeon told her to get the least expensive anti wrinkle cream and massage it into her face and neck each evening, upward motions on the face and circular motions on her neck. Doing that for a couple of months got rid of the "turkey wattle" and she said if she had done this from the beginning she wouldn't have gotten it.
Advice I'm going to take and I thought other's might be interested too.
