Jan 13, 2004 - My new life begins

I am scheduled for open RNY on 1/13/04. I am so nervous I can hardly sleep. I am just believing that God has it all uncer control. He has gotten me this far so he won't leave me now.

My surgery is that date as well. Congratulations. I feel the same way about being nervous. I am not as nervous about the surgery, but am nervous about my new body after I lose all the weight. I used to live in Jacksonville. I lived there for about a year. Moved back to Maine last month. Take care, ~Heather

Good luck! That is also my date, I'm having mine done in San Diego. I'm also nervous, but I'm sure everything will be okay! We'll all be starting a new wonderful way of life!

I just found this board but count me in on the 13th also. I've been dreaming about the surgery. Good luck to everyone having the surgery on the 13th atleast its not on a friday!
