My problem is I never could keep a food diary and have no idea... and now at almost 3 years out.. my weight is creeping back up.. only a few lbs at a time..but the trend is up and not down. That is why I'm back at this website.. I need help and I have to take control now or I will be forever sorry and be doomed to be telling the tale of how my surgery failed me.. knowing for sure in my mind that it was me that failed. Hope that is not too direct.. but that is the way I feel. Thanks, jan

It's crazy, all of us are in the same boat. I was 252 then my lowest was 135 not I'm at 149. I can't stop eating cookies and snacks. It's not the food it's the snacks, my body doesn't want to be thin... We need to get a crip and stop the maddness... Take Care, Melissa

I don't count carbs, but I try to keep calories between 1000-1400, depending on how hungry I am. I weigh every day, but only record my weight once a week. Looking at that graph every week really helps keep me on track. I have maintained my weight loss of 150 lbs for almost 2 years. I do have weeks when I have to re-focus on protein (and water), but I think that is the trick. I wish all of us a wonderful 3-year anniversary in January. Kay 281.5/130
