Topic: RE: My 1 Year Anniversary
Congratulations - you're doing fantastic! I'm 1 year today and down about 80 lbs. I have 20 more to go to goal. I could use some encouragement from someone else at this stage - it's so different than it was in the beginning. Still, I'd do it again in a minute - the best thing I ever did for myself!

Topic: RE: 162 lbs. down!!!!
great to see the post Janet. Have not kept up with the 1/28 WLS. Should send out a mailing and see how everyone else is doing at the end of a year. I am down 94, but my own fault for not going further. I just rearrange the inches - which is not that bad either.
Hugs, Carol
