almost to goal

hi all its been a long while. I just wanted to say I have gove from 370lbs to 175 in 18mo, feel wonderful started college again and and am really enjoying life, would do it all over again, If when I almost lost my life. just remember God will not give you more than what you can handle, keep your faith and trust in him!

Congratulations on your wonderful weight loss. I hope I can say that at 18 months but as slow as things are moving I don't think I'll ever see 200. So is life.
