My 1 Year Anniversary

Well it is almost 1 years since my life changing surgery Jan 28,2003 Down 112lbs and 12 sizes went from a 24 to a now proud 12. I love life and I love being considered thin. I try to stay active with my support group from mommouth medical center. And If anyone has any questions please feel free to ask me or e mail me. I do alot of counseling at work with patients. Congratulations - you're doing fantastic! I'm 1 year today and down about 80 lbs. I have 20 more to go to goal. I could use some encouragement from someone else at this stage - it's so different than it was in the beginning. Still, I'd do it again in a minute - the best thing I ever did for myself!
