6 months out and 106 lbs gone
It's great. I am 6 months post op and 106 pounds are gone!!! I can't believe it. I have gone from a tight 30/32 to a 22. I have trouble "seeing" the weight loss. I know it's gone though from the clothes, the ability to breathe and sleep better, less arthritic medicine, and way less fluid retention. I had my gall bladder out 3 weeks ago, side affect of rapid weight loss. Oh well, at least I don't have to worry about that anymore! Once again, this is great!!
