Saturday Speaker: Tammy Ann Ouellette, Psy.D. NRHSP

Tammy Ouellette, Psy.D., NRHSP is a health and neuropsychologist who attended California School of Professional Psychology (now Alliant International University). She has been practicing in Fullerton, California since becoming licensed in 2005.

Areas of expertise include neuropsychology, the mind-body connection, resiliency after trauma, performance enhancement, mindfulness, eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing, and cognitive remediation for longevity.

In 2009, she became teaching cognitive behavioral strategies for change with an emphasis on maintaining a healthy weight and lifestyle. Ten years later, she began collaborating with Providence - St. Joseph's Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery program and is currently facilitating cognitive behavior techniques for change to groups of pre-surgical weight loss candidates and facilitates pre-and post-operative support groups.
