A Conversation: What Your Body Wants You to Know

Maintaining motivation for self-care can be an ongoing challenge for the majority of people. Most of us follow health professionals who we respect on social media. We listen to their messages, tips, and words of hope to help us sustain good habits. The reality is most of us bore easily and can become easily distracted by the next message we scroll onto. The initial inspiration we experience by the way something is said can wane once we don’t retain it, bookmark it, or write it down for future reference. And, just as we can become immune to inspiration, we’re seeing a great number of people becoming immune to warning as it pertains to their health. However, there is an influential resource that provides an important perspective that few of us have considered.

A Conversation: What Your Body Wants You To Know is a powerful presentation that will help you maintain your incentive for taking care of yourself. The unique perspective offered here is an honest, hard-hitting account from a source that intimately knows your history and experience better than anyone: Your own body. Your body has something to say. It’s time you listen.
