Room rates are for up to 4 guests, an excellent opportunity to share expenses and enjoy the conference together!

The special room rate is available until 11:59 PM PST on September 21, 2025, or while rooms last, whichever comes first.
Parking Fees Per Car:
Self Parking: $15 per day for daytime attendees. In and out privileges do not apply
Self Parking: $25 per 24 hours for overnight guests. (With in and out privileges.)
Valet Parking: Priced at the prevailing rate. Please visit the hotel website.

Booking a room requires a valid credit card. Your card secures the reservation but is not charged at booking. At check-in, a $50 per night incidental fee will be held. Any unused incidental fees will be refunded after checkout.* If you decide to cancel your reservation, be sure to do so properly to avoid being charged for one night.

Airport & Shuttle:
The conference venue is just minutes from John Wayne Airport (SNA), and attendees staying at the Hilton Irvine/Orange County can take advantage of the hotel’s complimentary shuttle service. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes from 6:00 AM to 10:45 PM and provides transportation to and from the airport, as well as destinations within a three-mile radius.
