Welcome to all our Bariatric Connect 2024 Conference attendees, speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors! We are thrilled to have you with us and look forward to two full days packed with informative sessions and workshops, fantastic sponsors and exhibitors, and to connecting with all of you for a fun, engaging, and productive conference.
Now that you are here with us in Newport Beach, CA., we thought we would provide you with a few helpful tips:
- Be sure to check the Bariatric Connect 2024 Agenda to stay up to date with everything happening over the weekend.
- If you have any questions or run into any issues, please feel free to seek out our amazing staff and support team for assistance.
- For those that signed up for a workshop, a printed list will be available at the registration desk to refer to if you need a reminder. Please note, workshops are finalized and no changes can be made at this time, other than cancellations.

Process
Throughout the conference, you’ll be introduced to so many generous brands through amazing swag, exhibits, and giveaways. Share your experience with us to show appreciation for their support and earn extra perks!
- Capture the Moment: Snap a photo with swag, a prize you won, or with brand teams at their exhibit booths or Saturday’s Protein Bar.
- Upload Your Photos: Scan the QR code on the sign that is at the exhibitor hall entrance or check your email for a link from us to upload 10+ photos (or videos) to earn perks—the more brand love, the better! You can do more than one upload. Social media posts are optional but encouraged. Use #BariatricConnect and tag @ObesityHelp and the brand.
- Get Rewarded: After uploading all of your photos, collect your extra swag anytime until 10 PM at the Registration Table (while supplies last) by approaching staff during less busy times. If you also share your photos publicly on social media, you’ll be entered into an exclusive post-conference raffle once verified by staff!
