We have been sponsors of the ObesityHelp National Conference for the past two years, both of those years, we have sponsored a giveaway raffle for a free wls surgery! We know that not everyone can afford surgery, so we like to provide an opportunity for an attendee of the ObesityHelp Conference to win a free surgery on us. Giveaway Details:
One winner will receive a free Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy (VSG) surgery with Dr. Elias Ortiz. The patient must pass pre-op testing and be medically approved for surgery by Dr. Ortiz. The winner will be drawn randomly at the 2015 ObesityHelp National Conference in Raleigh, North Carolina and must be present to win. This giveaway drawing is open to all conference attendees.
The surgery giveaway includes:
- Pre-Op Testing, Fees associated with the surgery and After-Care
- Ground transportation to and from San Diego (SAN) airport
- 2 nights in the hospital
- 1 pre-op, 2 post-op nights at The Grand Hotel, Recovery Floor with Nursing Care
Giveaway does not include airfare, high BMI fee, any other treatments, extra nights in the hotel or hospital. If seeking a revision, the revision fee ($800) must be paid by the winner.
