ObesityHelp Conference 2013: It’s A Wrap!
October 7, 2013Hello OH Friends,
It's officially a wrap for the 2013 ObesityHelp National Conference! It's late Sunday evening as I type this and I am still here at the Crowne Plaza in Anaheim where the conference was held this weekend. We had such a great time and for me, it was truly a pleasure to see so many old friends, meet new friends, and to get to thank the speakers who continue to support the ObesityHelp community. I was really excited to meet so many of you who I have been corresponding with by email and phone but had not had the opportunity to meet in person. I just wish I had more time to talk and hang out but I was practically tied to my computer taking notes and blogging in as many sessions as I could. (As I am sure you all could tell by continued typing and picture taking!)
That reminds me...the photos that I have been posting are just pics I have taken with my cell phone. So please don't hold our professional and talented photographer TJ accountable or the Pixel Photo Booth Team. LOL! TJ and Pixel took lots and lots of great photos and we can't wait for you to see them so stay tuned!
The founder of ObesityHelp.com, Eric Klein, OH staff members, and our friend and volunteer Valerie Thomas also videotaped testimonials in which some of you shared how ObesityHelp.com and OH events have helped you in your WLS journey. Thanks for chiming in and sharing your thoughts with us!
I will be posting some notes and photos from many of our breakout sessions as well as from the Meet & Greet and After Party in the coming days so be on the lookout!
On behalf of the entire ObesityHelp Team, we would like to thank all of you who attended the conference this year. We missed those of you who were not able to make the journey to see us in Anaheim and hope to see you all at a future conference.
