Shrimp Remoulade Salad Recipe, Low-Carb & Gluten-Free!
April 3, 2019Shrimp Remoulade is one of my favorites. However, I don’t like to order it at restaurants because the sauce is usually high in fat since it is made with lots of mayo.
To satisfy my cravings, I created a simple remoulade sauce recipe that’s healthy. My Shrimp Remoulade recipe (in one of my cookbooks) is actually from the Obesity & Diabetes Chapter! A simple remoulade sauce that you can enjoy without eating all that fat! This fantastic Shrimp Remoulade Salad can be whipped up in seconds and you’ll have a satisfying and impressive wonderful meal.

Shrimp Remoulade Salad Recipe

Serves: 8 (1/4 cup) servings
Ingredients
- 1 pound medium peeled shrimp seasoned and cooked
- 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Creole or grainy mustard
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Dash hot sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Directions
- Place shrimp in a bowl. In another small bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients and toss with shrimp. Refrigerate until serving.
