Rolling Out the Red Carpet at the OH2017 After Party!
December 15, 2017As the ObesityHelp National Conference came to a close, we rolled out the red carpet for our last night together at the OH2017 After Party, sponsored by Platinum Sponsor Premier Protein! Red Carpet Photos & Dancing at the OH2017 After Party
We loved seeing the attendees waiting in line to walk the red carpet, you could feel the excitement in the air, and everyone has such a special glow about them. The attendees were so excited that they started lining up early before it was scheduled to begin. After we rolled out the Red Carpet, it was on!
Attendees took a moment and paused for some red carpet photo-ops! We love seeing the transformations and hearing stories from our community, so many people express to us that this is a special moment for them because they no longer hide from the camera. It was a thrill to celebrate each of the attendee's WLS journey as they walked down the Red Carpet to the After Party.
During the OH2017 After Party, there was lots of time for mingling with friends. There was also a jaw-dropping Fashion Show, as well as lots and lots of dancing! One of our favorite parts of the ObesityHelp National Conferences is the dancing. It is so great to see people getting out on the dance floor and dancing without feeling self-conscious, uniting and celebrating with others that understand what their weight loss surgery journey has been like.

The ObesityHelp Conference Goal Wall
At the 2016 ObesityHelp National Conference, we started a new tradition with a Goal Wall. Attendees that attended OH2016 wrote down their goals they wanted to accomplish. Then, just one year later at OH2017, there were so many attendees that returned and were able to see their goals from OH2016. It was remarkable to see the attendees look for their goal and share updates on reaching their goals. Writing down their goals and returning the following year to celebrate their progress was inspirational! The 2017 Goal Wall has new goals on it, everyone is excited for OH2018 so they can return and celebrate accomplishing their goals. It was a very motivating and inspiring part of the Conference. We can hardly wait to see attendees return, find their goal, and celebrate their achievements.
