This protein pudding pops recipe is super easy to make and only requires three ingredients plus a popsicle mold. The star ingredient is a Premier Protein® Cookie Dough Flavored Protein Shake that contains a nourishing 30 grams of protein and 24 vitamins and minerals!

Popsicle Molds — The serving size, nutritional information, and freeze time are based on a silicone popsicle mold with six cavities, each one holding 3 ounces of the pudding pop mix. These details will vary based on the mold that you use.
Pudding Mixes — To change up the flavor of your protein pudding pops, experiment with different sugar-free instant pudding mixes. Flavors like White Chocolate, Cheesecake, Chocolate, and Vanilla all complement the cookie dough protein shake really well. We used White Chocolate in this recipe.
Protein Pudding Pops Recipe with Premier Protein®

Makes 6 servings
Ingredients
- 11 oz or 11.5 oz Premier Protein® Cookie Dough Flavored Protein Shake
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp sugar-free instant pudding mix (dry mix)
- sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)
Directions
- Add the Premier Protein® Cookie Dough Flavored Protein Shake, Greek yogurt, and instant pudding mix into a blender.
- Blend on high until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds and place in the freezer for at least six hours or until frozen.
- When frozen, carefully remove the protein pudding pop from the mold and enjoy!
Optional Chocolate Hard Shell: Add 1/2 cup of sugar-free chocolate chips and two tablespoons of solid refined coconut oil to a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds, then stir; add additional time if needed. Once fully melted and smooth, drizzle the chocolate over the pops or dip the frozen pudding pop into the mix to coat it for a hard chocolate shell before eating.
