Saturday nights at ObesityHelp National Conferences are always an absolute blast! After two full days of amazing workshops, sessions, vendor visits, a costume party, and more, Saturday evenings at our conferences are always a much anticipated highlight to look forward to. This year, although there were many moments of celebrations, memories, and coming together throughout the conference, the 2023 Fashion Show and After Party sponsored by our friends at Premier Protein® was on fire! Music, Dancing, Fashion, Photos, and Fun…Saturday evening had it all!

As attendees arrived for the Saturday evening soiree, we rolled out the red carpet for them and straight to the ObesityHelp Photo Booth platform they went for a truly magical photo experience. Attendees took center stage and captured unforgettable moments with candid, fun, selfies with old friends and new, and family.

We were all thrilled when Premier Protein® unveiled exciting news exclusively to OH2023 attendees. In case you missed it, in 2024, Premier Protein® will be introducing three new delicious products to their lineup:

35 Inspiring Fashion Show Models Lost a Total of 4,215 Pounds!

ObesityHelp Conferences are filled with so many “WOW” moments and our spectacular Fashion Show never disappoints. With inspiring models showcasing their favorite fashions, celebrating non-scale victories, and sharing their incredible stories,  the Fashion Show becomes one big shared WOW moment and a breathtaking experience for everyone.

This year, 35 inspirational models walked the catwalk with confidence and a reason to be proud of their successful weight loss. The audience was wild with support and grateful to be able to share in so many non-scale victories. The team at Premier Protein® was front and center cheering on the models and celebrating their success. We are pretty sure they were heard clapping and celebrating the loudest!

And guess who else walked the runway? We were grateful for the support of OH2023 Keynote Speaker and Fireside Chat guest, Dr. Younan Nowzaradan, (Dr. Now), from TLC’s My 600 lb Life! He brought an extra dose of fun and celebration to the event by gracing the runway with his puppy in his arms, waving to the crowd, and striking a few poses.

Fashion Show Models Share Their Runway Experience!

For me, walking in the fashion show was so empowering and I felt a sense of accomplishment that I haven't felt before. To showcase the hard work that I've put into my weight loss in front of a room full of people on the same journey has made me feel amazing and I really hope that my journey has inspired someone on theirs! Being a part of such an amazing conference and meeting, hearing & seeing everyone's journey has resparked my desire to keep going because I am not alone. -Sharvelle Daniels

All my life I was always meant to feel less than and judged because of my size and limitations. On stage walking the runway I finally felt free of all judgment and was able to celebrate me for who I truly am. I truly felt the joy and love from everyone. -Steve Totah

Walking the runway was so exciting being able to show a glimpse of our journey, however, I was so Honored and proud to walk with My Son this year. He has also had weight-loss surgery by the same surgeon as myself -8 years apart . -Frances Winslow
