PatchMD New Year Giveaway – Over $800 Worth of Prizes!

To celebrate the New Year, we've partnered with PatchMD to bring you a fantastic giveaway. The PatchMD New Year Giveaway will have three winners, all of the winners will receive a three month supply of four patches. PatchMD patches are vitamin supplement patches that you wear on the skin.
Winners will get to select the four patches that they would like a three month supply of, a $240 value! One of those lucky winners will also win a Samsung Galaxy Tab, a $160 value!
