Hi everyone,
This (my before and after) is part of my "Changes" album.  I made it to help show me my progress when I got down.  RNY has truly been a life-changing surgery for me.  Dr. David Miles is so awesome.  My surgery went without a hitch and I have had absolutely no problems.  So far, I have lost 100 pounds.  Every day is a new adventure.  I try not to stress when I plateau, I know the scales will move when the time is right.  This has been a fabulous tool.  Now, I have to get the exercise part down pat and make sure I make room for it daily.  I can do this...I will do this!  Thank you Dr. Miles for giving me my life back!  Thank you to my awesome husband, Duffy, for always being there for me!
