New Years Day can be any day. You can set new goals and embark on new beginnings on any day of the week. Your weight loss journey is personal and your goals and the time you set aside to reach them are within your reach. You can do anything you set your mind to if you are ready to work for it and make a few sacrifices along the way. Imagine the mini celebrations as you reach your goals! Or remember how you have felt in the past when you accomplished something that you set your mind to. What a feeling!
So here we are 2013! The flurry of holidays are behind us and our focus is on living a healthier lifestyle, eating more nutritious foods, and maintaining or losing excess weight. I have a feeling that the OH community will be slenderizing even more so this year! Yea!
So we have to ask OH Members:
-Have you set any goals for 2013?
-Have you met a goal that you set and would like to share your journey to achieve it?
-Have you met one of the goals you listed in the OH Goals System?
