In the past year my life has been transformed to what I knew and hoped it could become...I'm healthy and happy! I no longer hate me. To be honest I love me! My kids love the new me because not only can I keep up with them, but they can't keep up with me. This journey has been so amazing my only regret was that I didn't do it sooner.
