Find Your Hip Hop Flava At the OH Conference

One of the best things about a hip hop class is that no two people do the moves the same.  You can make it your own.  Add your flair.  GO FOR IT!  Everybody has their own style, and that is what makes a hip hop class so awesome!

I am always watching how others are shaking it, and it encourages me to try a little something different.  It's so fun to give yourself permission to have a blast and shake your B-double-O-T-Y!

So, come on in and shake it with me at the ObesityHelp National Conference on October 4-5!  Drop your minivan keys at the door, and get your groove on! This is your hour to explore and enjoy your workout.  You won't believe how fun it is!  And, if you're not a hip hop dancer, it's totally o.k.! I will show you what to do, and we will repeat counts until you get it down.  Remember, I stumbled into a hip hop class merely by accident my friends!

Also, feel free to express yourself with a funky hat, or some sassy sneakers!  I almost always wear a baseball cap, and the brighter the tennis shoes the better!  It just puts me in my zone, and reminds me that this is my workout.  I am here for me and I get out of my workout what I put into it.  And, like I tell people all of the time, working out doesn't have to be horrible.  It can be FUN! Hip hop is like going dancing with some friends...incredibly fun and a great work out.  It really takes the boredom out of working out for me..  Try it!  Before you know it, you will be shouting "woo hoo" right along with me!
