It's Ok to Embrace Your Weight Being Over
Featured OH Blogger:  Chanakurtz

You guys have been so amazing, encouraging me daily to continue to tap into my passion...I love you all! Please continue to encourage me by sending me notes that I've said something to inspire you..it's what I have been created for...I will continue to be supportive and a guide for as long as I breathe. I promise to remain transparent and accessible to you, if that's what you want.

I wanted to submit to you this day something very simple...It's OK to embrace your "Weight" being over...you don't have to be ashamed that your friend or cousin had the surgery and it didn't work for them.  I can promise you, this tool works, if you use it as a tool and not the answer.  On top of that, if you do not address the issues that caused the physical weight gain to manifest, you will more than likely sabotage the purpose of the tool.  Stop asking people what they think about you having your surgery.  Because of their ignorance they are not good sources of counsel.

As you contemplate having the surgery or if you have already had the surgery, dig into the other weights that may have you heavy..what I mean by that, what other things keep you feeling heavy...is it shame? Is it fear, guilt, doubt, anger, bitterness? Have you been molested, raped, cheated on, have you cheated? Have you felt abandoned, divorced, a child acting out? Well let me share something with you...I've been molested, raped, I've cheated and been cheated on.  I've been abandoned by my father and divorced not once, not twice but three times.  I have a child with Autism and even attempted suicide...

Unfortunately, the surgery does not address emotional and psychological obesity.  Once the physical weight is gone these issues will be left exposed...you have got to address them..I'm here to help you sort those things out..I have had to deal with it and guess what? I'm perfectly fine and I know you will be too!!! I am also sure that if you address the deeper issues you will indeed be successful with the physical weight...I invite you on this journey to self love with me..its been an amazing journey to say the least!!!!  Click here to view more of Chana's blog.

Description:

"After 120lb weight loss I realized I was still really heavy...heavy with fear, shame, doubt, guilt, anger and many other weights. I parallel my physical weight with emotional, psychological and spiritual weights we all carry. Three steps, Confess (say it) Commit (plan it) Continue (do it) will help you identify what "weight" you need to lose once and for all to go freely to your destiny."
