Protein Shake Recipes:
Peppermint Mocha Protein Shake
Makes 1 Serving
Total Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
- Premier Protein® Chocolate Shake, RTD 11oz
- 1 tablespoon Sugar-Free Chocolate Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Instant Coffee
- 1/2 teaspoon Peppermint Extract
Directions
- Pour the Chocolate Shake into a large microwave-safe mug and stir in the sugar-free chocolate syrup.
- Microwave on high for approximately 45 seconds. Note: Do not bring to a boil.
- Remove from the microwave and add the instant coffee and peppermint extract, stir to combine.
- Optional: Garnish with your favorite toppings!

Sugar Cookie Protein Shake
Makes 1 Serving
Total Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
- Premier Protein® Vanilla Shake, RTD 11oz
- 1/2 tablespoon Almond Flour
- 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 teaspoon Butter Extract
- 5-6 Ice Cubes
Directions
- Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into your favorite shake glass and enjoy!
- Optional: Garnish with your favorite toppings.
