It’s just about time for the ObesityHelp conference! While you are figuring out what to pack and what to wear…have you thought about…how you’re going to shake it on the dance floor? I’ve got some moves for you, and a great work out too! If you are looking for an awesome workout and something new…then you don’t want to miss Hip Hop!
We dance, we sweat, and we rock it out my friends! Everyone can do this, no matter what your fitness level! Don’t worry if you have never taken a class like this before…remember, I fell into hip hop by accident! Come have some fun (rhythm not required! ).
AND...if you’ve always wanted to learn a few line dances, we will be warming down with some cupid shuffle and the wobble…so you will be all set to get your groove on at the after parties!
