Yesterday was my 7 year anniversary. I've regained about 1/2 of what I lost. I know it's the way I eat. Surgery is only a tool. Unfortunately when I had it done there was no counseling involved and in my heart I believe anybody going through such a life altering change needs counseling. I am anemic now and have to get b12 shots twice a month. I have zero energy, but I don't regret having the surgery at all. I would do it again in a heartbeat. At least I had one period in my life where I was thin. Best wishes to all of you on your venture...
