Dear Phyllis.......I read your message and remember a lady who told me her most delicious meal during her liquid days is to get your favorite chicken broth (her's was the house brand, gourmet something.., at Albertson's) and add a spoon full of mashed potato and stir it in til it's all creamy. Heat then salt and pepper to taste. It sounds really good to me even right now. I hope this helps. God Bless!
