"Dr. Waits... Great man,takes his time with you doesnt try to rush you out or push you around.He really makes an effort to get to know you, has a great bed side persona.He is an older man, some might find that, that bothers then I on the other hand found great comfort in it an hes life an surgical exp.
His office staff is the best, His wife is his nurse,very caring person.Karen is the insurance warrior,will stop at nothing to help get you approved as long as you are willing to put in as much effort as she is, its the least you could do.
They really work on after care... an they run a support group at North Side Hospital,great place an people.
He fully takes the time to explain what could go wrong an will tell you how many times if at all he has had any complications.
Personally I think he is the best but I am bias. I give him a 20 out of 1-10.
An yes they are very interested in your pain control post op, an I mean that in the best possiable way, he wants you in no pain so you get up an get moving. As far as weather I think his surgical conpentence an bed side manner, i think he is great, he spent like 30 min or more every day that i was in the hospital just talking to me an seeing how I was feelin, not in a pressured or annoying way.Kinda like sittin there on a nice day talking with your grandfather -smiles- ok, ok as you can tell i love this man, i highly recomend him "
