"I first saw Dr. Felix at his seminar and he struck me as knowledgable and personable. I did feel that rushed through feeling at his office on my consultation. Before attending his seminar, I had gone to one by Pacific Barriatrics, UCLA and spoke with Dr. Fobi's office. I listened to some of Dr. Felix's patients and the doctor, then decided he would be the best choice for me.
His office staff were very helpful and friendly. They did not even mind it too much when I instructed how to go about getting authorization quickly from my insurance ( I work in the medical field and had experienced my own health plan's delays ).
My only concern is that because I live over an hour away from Fresno, I must stay in a hotel for a few days afterwards. I can not get anyone to pinpoint how long and this makes it difficutl to plan on folks to stay with me.
